Great build quality - Mediocre sound

I've used them for about a week and had to eventually refund them. First of all the build quality is great and I really liked that you can switch the cushions. However the bad part about them is the sound. It's incredibly hollow with really bad bass (in spatial 360° audio mode). I guess 360° audio in general sound pretty hollow, but this mode didn't even give me any edge in Fps game like CS2 or R6. In stereo mode it gets better but still terrible bass. Then there also isn't any software (yet) to adjust them.
